Founder/CEO

Sonserae is a business relationship professional with an edge for creating

distinctive connections throughout various platforms of HR, diversity, and inclusion. Her background in Human Resources coupled with a graduate’s degree in HR and Labor Relations from the University of New Haven (magna cum laude) and Undergraduate’s degree in Business and legal studies from the University of Hartford (magna cum laude), has shaped her journey in the strategic advancement of workforce diversity, talent  development, cultural change management, workplace inclusion, and leadership transformation. She has led diverse work teams across the country focused on improving talent development and transformation for large organizations with portfolios in excess of 100 billion dollars.

Director of Veteran's Initiative and Affairs

Maurice D. Morgan has been with SHEBA consulting since the beginning and he enjoys what we do. His purpose with SHEBA is to make sure everything works how it should while also focusing on the financial side of things. He has a background and work experience in numerous fields including the Navy, automotive field, music, and sales. His hope aligns with the mission of SHEBA and he seeks to help everyone that comes across us is able to further their business dreams and follow their aspirations.

Executive Administrative Associate

TaJan’e Thompson is a college alumna from the illustrious Delaware State University, where she majored in business management with a concentration in HRM and also minored in entrepreneurship. She graduated with Cum Laude, a significant accomplishment for her. Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, where she was born and raised, she has a passion for performing acts of service in her community in any way possible. With God’s guidance, she has had the opportunity to work at SHEBA, where she is learning many essential business skills that are aiding her growth.

 Business Development Manager 

 Noemi Torres is thrilled to join a team dedicated to fostering diversity and supporting minority entrepreneurs. As the newly appointed Business Development Manager, she brings with her a wealth of compassion and expertise. Noemi is grateful for the opportunities afforded to her in her career journey thus far. She relishes the chance to engage with new individuals and actively participates in community initiatives, having volunteered at both the American Red Cross and the Grace S. Webb School. Noemi is eager to contribute to the team's growth and become a valuable asset. 

 Marketing Coordinator 

Coby Hawkins is a senior at Southern Connecticut State University, set to graduate in the spring semester of 2024 with a degree in Communication, focusing on Advertising and Promotions. He holds the position of Marketing Coordinator at SHEBA. In this role, his expertise lies in content creation and brand management. A key aspect of Coby’s life since childhood has been his commitment to paying it forward, particularly to younger generations. He had made a pledge to give back if he ever had the opportunity, and working at SHEBA has provided him with a platform to become a valuable contributor to his community. This role allows him to utilize the skills and knowledge he has acquired through his higher education.
